Terms of Service
The terms that govern how you may use canisuesomebody.com.
Effective April 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using canisuesomebody.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. No attorney-client relationship
Using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and canisuesomebody.com or any attorney. An attorney-client relationship with the sponsor firm, if any, would be created only by a separate signed engagement agreement between you and that firm after independent evaluation of your matter.
3. Informational estimates only
Any range shown is an estimate based on limited facts, public information, and product rules. It is not a prediction, guarantee, or promise of case value or recovery. Estimates depend on the limited facts you provide and on rules that may change. Do not rely on them to accept, reject, or settle any claim.
4. Florida-only scope
The Service is offered only for personal injury matters arising in the State of Florida. Users outside Florida, or with matters unconnected to Florida, should not rely on it.
5. Representation status
Because you told us you already have a lawyer on this matter, we will not route you as a new lead. If you are already represented, do not submit this intake as a new lead. Consult your existing attorney.
6. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information. Do not submit false or misleading facts.
- Do not submit information about other people without their permission.
- Do not use the Service to harass, defame, or attempt to harm another person.
- Do not attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
7. Sponsor firm routing
If your matter fits the pilot and you press the share button on the estimate screen, your intake may be transmitted to our sponsor personal injury law firm for independent review. The sponsor firm makes its own decision about whether to contact you and whether to offer representation.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any estimate is accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, canisuesomebody.com and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of those damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold canisuesomebody.com harmless from any claim arising out of information you submit that is false, misleading, or that infringes the rights of a third party.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that venue.
12. Changes to the Service or these terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
